This work package is integral to the evaluation and refinement of online training materials initially developed in previous phases. The process entails testing the materials with a group of 75 students using both synchronous and asynchronous methods to collect extensive feedback. This feedback will guide the revision and adaptation of the content, ensuring it aligns with learner needs and effectiveness.
The main objective is to establish a clear pathway for students to develop and demonstrate their digital sales and marketing skills. Post-project, a certification program will be launched, providing a recognized standard of competence through an “open Badge,” which will also support future employment opportunities.
The activities within this work package include conducting thorough tests with students to assess the training materials’ effectiveness and ease of use. Feedback from users and their support associations will be meticulously analyzed to refine the content continually. Based on this feedback, a final version of the training materials and a corresponding training manual will be developed. Additionally, a strategy will be formulated for the marketing and promotion of the training content across Europe, pinpointing key competencies and knowledge areas for open badge certification. Lastly, a comprehensive report will be prepared, summarizing the main findings and recommendations from the testing and feedback process.
By ensuring the training materials are both effective and user-friendly, this work package aims to equip students with the necessary tools to be “work ready” and confidently demonstrate their digital sales competencies.
