LISA is dedicated to shaping a new generation of university students to be immediately "work-ready" for the fast-evolving commercial professions sector, amidst a notable "talent crisis". According to LinkedIn's Emerging Jobs 2023 report, the demand for new sales roles, such as inside sales, is soaring. Yet, there's a gap in university offerings, with few tailored professional pathways for these crucial positions. Furthermore, students are not fully aware of the significant career opportunities these roles present. LISA aims to bridge this gap, ensuring students are equipped and aware of the potential that awaits in the commercial sector.
