Testing and Refining Inside sales Training Materials

This work package plays a central role in validating and refining the online training materials developed in the previous phases. A structured pilot test will be conducted with 75 students across synchronous and asynchronous modes, allowing the consortium to collect in-depth feedback on usability, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness. These insights will drive a thorough revision process aimed at aligning the learning materials with the real needs of learners and academic contexts.

The ultimate goal is to ensure that students can follow a clear learning pathway and reliably demonstrate their digital sales and marketing competencies. The project will also launch a certification program through an Open Badge system, providing students with a recognised and transferable proof of competence that can support future employability.

A key output of this work package is the Adaptation Manual, a comprehensive guide that will explain how universities can integrate, adapt, and deliver the LISA online resources within their existing study programs. The manual offers practical instructions, pedagogical guidelines, and compatibility notes, ensuring that the training pathway remains usable and sustainable well beyond the project lifetime.
