Digital Sales and Marketing Training for INSIDE SALES

This work package is dedicated to enhancing the skills of INSIDE SALES professionals in a digitalized business environment. It aims to develop a comprehensive training program that includes four educational modules, a “Sales Tech and AI Infusion” manual, 10 podcasts, and 5 live case studies, tailored to the digital sales and marketing needs of the target group.

The initiative emphasizes inclusivity, ensuring that the training is accessible to all students across Europe, regardless of their geographical location or prior technical knowledge. This approach supports the adaptation of sales professionals to a rapidly changing commercial landscape, enabling them to leverage new digital technologies and expand internationally.

Training outcomes will focus on the development of online courses that incorporate current best practices in sales education. This includes practical guidance for partners on producing high-quality digital content such as videos and podcasts efficiently. An easy-to-use platform will be set up for accessing these online resources, which will be available as open educational resources compliant with open access standards and accessible through the project’s website and other specialized portals.

Overall, this work package aims to equip INSIDE SALES professionals with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in today’s digital marketplace, while promoting sustainable and accessible learning solutions.
